Description
Liang Xi, who made a living by fortune-telling, saved the immortal Yuwen Qingyang out of a moment of kindness. In return, the immortal taught him ten-thousand-year true power and gave him the Heaven-Turning Seal, marking the start of Liang Xi’s journey into immortal cultivation. Following Yuwen Qingyang’s guidance, Liang Xi set off for the Tianling Sect to seek a master and learn the ways of cultivation. On his journey, he encountered a small white fox that felt inexplicably familiar to him, and the two traveled together. Taking the Tianling Sect as his starting point in cultivation, Liang Xi made friends and met his master. By a twist of fate, he obtained the mysterious weapon Kanshui Blade from a monster beast. The Kanshui Blade was originally a magical treasure of the founding ancestor of Yunlu Immortal Abode. The residents of Yunlu Immortal Abode demanded that Liang Xi return the blade; however, they stated they would drop the matter if Liang Xi could temper the Kanshui Blade with dragon’s breath—otherwise, the Tianling Sect would have to pay a heavy price. Seeing that Yunlu Immortal Abode was just looking for an excuse to pick a fight, Liang Xi resolved to go to the East China Sea to find the Dragon Clan. Accidentally inhaling dragon blood along the way, he became the world’s first "external relative of the Dragon Clan" (a mortal with dragon blood ties). After explaining his situation to the Dragon God, Liang Xi fulfilled the Dragon God’s requirements, successfully tempering the Kanshui Blade with dragon’s breath and saving his sect in the process. The incident with Yunlu Immortal Abode was merely an interlude. Just as Qingmu Daoist, the leader of the Tianling Sect, broke through to the Golden Immortal realm and emerged from seclusion, a spatial rift suddenly appeared above the Tianling Sect. From it, the Two-Headed Ancestor—accompanied by human-faced spiders—launched a massive attack. At one point, Liang Xi was captured and taken beyond the Human Realm. Facing an existential crisis, the Heaven-Turning Seal erupted with power and saved him. After this incident, Liang Xi finally gained a territory of his own: the Sangqu River. The Sangqu River was in a special location—not only on the border of the State of Chu but also extremely barren. The Sweet Potato City located here was constantly harassed by bandits from all sides. Liang Xi made various efforts to improve the city’s condition. After repelling an attack by the Red-Haired Demon Army (a bandit organization), Liang Xi refused to wait passively for danger to strike. Instead, he began investigating the bandit forces around the Sangqu River. In the process, he gradually discovered anomalies in the legend of the Purple Micro Emperor, a tale circulated across the Seven Realms. Strangely, everything about this legend gave Liang Xi a sense of déjà vu, leaving him deeply puzzled. Determined to uncover the truth behind everything, Liang Xi continued to improve his cultivation and ventured further to explore the Seven Realms.
