Description

After being attacked, the protagonist Chu Xingyun is reborn as the young master of the Chu family in Xifeng City at the age of sixteen. He begins his journey of counterattack with the identity of a "good-for-nothing"—naturally weak and sickly, with a timid personality. [2-3] Relying on cultivation techniques such as The Spirit-Devouring Manual and The Primal Chaos Sword Spirit Manual, Chu Xingyun undergoes realm advancements from Body Tempering and Spirit Gathering to Heavenly Emperor, eventually reaching the peak of the Dao Realm. The story opens with Chu Xingyun proposing marriage to the Shui family, revealing a marriage agreement made between Chu’s father and the Shui family sixteen years ago. However, due to the mockery from Shui Qianyue—the Shui family’s eldest daughter, who has reached the Ninth Layer of Body Tempering and is a Tier 4 Martial Spirit—and the evasion of Shui Chongxian, the head of the Shui family, the protagonist fights back and proposes a twist: "Shui Qianyue is not the one I want to propose to." The worldbuilding covers settings such as the Sea of Stars and the Ancient Battlefield, and involves fantasy concepts including Innate Heavenly Emperor Weapons and the Source of Primal Chaos.
